This occupied rehab of 76 apartment units, common areas, mechanical systems, exterior masonry and roof replacement. This project also required the removal and replacement of an existing solarium located on the 6th & 7th floors, all the while tenants residing below. Some of the MEP upgrades include a complete boiler replacement, converting from an oil fueled system to natural gas, electrical lighting upgrades and GFCI protection with existing sprinkler system repairs. The unit upgrades includes kitchen appliances, cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, flooring, paint and windows.
