The project involves the new construction of a 20 space parking lot, the demolition of an existing connector walkway and the construction of a new 16 Unit wood framed addition between two existing buildings. This project requires careful coordination with the existing buildings 100% occupied by senior citizens. This project is further challenged with extremely tight workspace constraints as well as maintaining life safety systems in the two occupied buildings and maintaining emergency vehicle and building egress access throughout construction.
