A total rehab of an existing 30 year old 11-story structure built on top of a two-level parking garage to accommodate 320 subsidized senior and disabled housing units. Dellbrook succeeded in refurbishing this aged- apartment community with new kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, appliances as well as bath fixtures. Renovations included a complete roof replacements, new HVAC, elevators and Life Safety System. All residents remained in the building during construction which was closely designed and coordinated on a daily basis through constant communication between all parties.
