The Belmont Hill School project involved the new construction of a 7,625 SF, 2 story facilities & maintenance building on a tight site. The two-story structural steel and wood framed facility and maintenance building features wood siding and trim, three garage bays, locker rooms, wood shop, janitor and mud room, office, and support space. The project also included extensive sitework and a large 140 space parking lot.

Construction also included a hydraulic passenger elevator, underground fuel containment pit, and landscaping.
