This project involved upgrades to Catholic Memorial High School’s interior courtyard and parking lot areas, improving circulation, safety, and accessibility across the campus. A key component involved construction of a new 1,600-square-foot classroom structure within the courtyard. Designed to integrate with the existing school, the new structure provides a flexible, modern learning space.

Work included new foundations, framing, exterior envelope, roofing, interior finishes, and full MEP systems. Landscaping, paving, and lighting improvements within the courtyard further enhances the school’s environment and creates a more functional and student-centered space.
