Dellbrook served as Construction Manager for the second phase of the Henry T. Wing Residences in Sandwich. This phase involved the new construction of a three-story, 35,760 sqft, wood-framed residential building adjacent to the completed Phase I. The development provides 41 affordable housing apartment units—39 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom. The building envelope features fiber cement panels and trim, fiberglass windows, and a combination of asphalt and membrane roofing. Interior amenities include a small communal area with mail access, with all construction designed to balance comfort, durability, and sustainability. Site development included comprehensive underground utility work—stormwater systems, septic, water, and electric infrastructure—followed by slab-on-grade foundation installation and rough framing. All work was conducted within a secured perimeter, with access managed per a detailed logistics plan to minimize disruption to surrounding neighborhoods. The project also included a Site-Specific Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and ongoing coordination with local emergency services.
