This 66,679 SF project for POAH is new wood framed construction of 46 affordable housing units. The Upper Village features 22 townhouses and 2 flats in seven buildings, while the Lower Village consists of one three story elevatored building with 24-one and two bedroom units including patios and decks. Construction also included a community building with BBQ area, community gardens and laundry as well as 69 surface parking spaces.

Prioritizing sustainable site development, construction took place primarily on previously developed and disturbed areas to preserve surrounding woodlands in their natural state. The site was sustainably designed both in preserving the wooded site and using native plants and permeable surfaces. Construction included roof mounted PV arrays, on the south- and west-facing roofs. The project was constructed to meet Passive House Certification requirements.
