The Aquatics Center project at the Wheeler School Farm Campus included two swimming pools, a splash pad, a pool house, and an extensive site improvement package. The first pool is an 8-lane lap pool featuring an air dome overhead, while the second is a children’s pool designed for younger swimmers.

Additionally, the project included the construction of a pool house with exposed glulam framing, LGMF infill, and stone cladding. The facility houses bathrooms, changing rooms, and storage/equipment rooms. It also features interior finishes and modern MEP systems, including Nest technology.
